You further agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times. 7phdream is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
7phdream reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7phdream login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
All activity conducted through your 7phdream account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 7phdream of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay upon becoming aware of such access.
If you suspect that your 7phdream account has been accessed without your authorization, you must:
7phdream will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
All deposits to your 7phdream account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
7phdream accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your 7phdream account and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests at 7phdream are subject to identity verification. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and is not optional.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that were previously used to make deposits into your 7phdream account, subject to the limits and availability of each payment channel. 7phdream does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Note: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
7phdream offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7phdream platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 7phdream.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7phdream and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
7phdream's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7phdream account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Players who self-exclude from 7phdream must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering new accounts, using third-party accounts, or accessing the platform through alternative means. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 7phdream informally by contacting our support team. 7phdream will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
